windows is suddenlly and randomly corrupt, major problems please help!

    hello,

let's start off at the beginning, my computer started acting strange about 3 days ago. not sure what caused it as the last thing i was doing was playing terraria. the next day it was suddenly acting up.

I'll explain what suddenly started happening, as much detail as i can remember. when i first started my computer up i was closing the start up programs i dont always use like himachi and a java update i ignored at the moment but missed and hit probabilities and it started loading, but nothing opened i then tried to right click it to close it but nothing would happen. after shrugging it off i tried to open steam which would just give me the loading image by my mouse but never open it, at that point i tried to open control panel via ctr+alt+del but it would not pop up,a bit frustrated i tried to restart the computer but it also did nothing so i forced shut down by holding the button down.

the next time i turned it on it worked normally and opened steam and terraria, after my game session i went to turn off my computer which stopped doing anything after hiding the task bar and shortcuts so only the desktop background was shown and never progressed from there.

after all this i tried disk cleaning and defraging (was 10% fraged) after that i did a scan with malware bytes, which came up with nothing.after that i did a avast virus scan which came up with 1 infection which i stopped short to get rid of, avast then suggested a boot scan which i did, and after it finished it found 7 infections and a lot of corrupted files (mainly old steam mods or maps)most of the infections were java related and a Trojan in the windows temp folder. after putting them in the chest i restarted and tried once more to see if it had fixed my problem. it was working for a bit, i opened league and spectated a game with no problems and opened steam as well. but as i saw and decided to delete a shortcut that i no longer used it started loading and then windows explorer stopped responding.

now i tried to do a sfc /scannow and it completed telling me that some of the corrupted files could not be repaired and i know this problem has happened before and that tom is the go to guy for this.. can i get some help to repair my computer please ?

note: it sort of opens league and steam it does not show in control panel unless you look in progresses and there they are stuck at using 116k and 108k and will not end with end task.. also i think it may of had something to do with my outdated java since it all started when i hit prop instead of exit(since they reverse them) or at least thats when it started acting odd

Looks like explorer.exe was stopped and didn't start again, see if you can CTRL ALT DEL and new task: explorer.exe if it happens again.

Make sure Windows Update is up-to-date. Check your drive Disk Check

    The CBS 'errors' are these

According to MS, these can be ignored as they are merely a coding error that declares the files as static, rather than variable - and there is no underlying problem.
There's not point in attempting to fix them.

If you don't want to ignore them, you'll have to uninstall KB3068708 and KB3022345 and hide them when/if they reappear in Windows Update.

i see, alright well i did the disk check and it said everything on the driver is fine, though i had a error happen just moments ago. as a safety act i moved some important files (not many, i only use this computer to game. so it was more or less a save file) to a usb, after i did that (having to remove a controller) i noticed my d-link was not working so i tried unplugging it and placing it back after attempts to fix it, giving up i shut my computer down, it stayed on the blue shut down screen for a long time, then blue screened saying this:
    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 4105

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 1000009f
    BCP1: 0000000000000004
    BCP2: 0000000000000258
    BCP3: FFFFFA8007DAAA00
    BCP4: FFFFF80000B9A4D0
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\070515-39858-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Midobatsu\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-105987-0.sysdata.xml

ugh, i dont even know what started all of this..i hardly ever use the internet on this computer and if i do its just a flash game (same one every time). all it ever really opens is steam and LoL launcher... this is very stressful.. i cant afford to get a new computer.. and this one still runs games perfectly fine even durring all this..when you can get the launchers to open that is (as tests to see if everything still works). I'll wait as long as i have to for any solution for this nightmare and fix my poor computer

i also want to note ive noticed in control pannel processes explorer.exe is using 21,549 to 24,493k, idk if thats normal but it did the stopped responding thing on right click again

I will say clean install the OS if you can - Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

Or try a clean startup - Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

No idea about script registry error (not even sure if I know what that means :))

I guess you should try clean boot if you can't go the reinstall route currently.

ill do that as soon as i can, there is currently a thunderstorm, ill reply and tell you the results as soon as i can, what i mean by that is i noticed explorer exe would stop responding on right click at random, though that does not explain it not opening certain exe files ive read that at least for the exe files not opening that can occur if a virus or other 3rd party application has changed or corrupted some default registry settings.
