    Gaming Microstutters

This is a week old windows 7 intstallation so I have no idea why i'm having trouble with my windows installation

when playing games for example csgo I will be playing at 200+ FPS and then suddenly it will drop to 100FPS however it feels like 10 fps and then after about half a second it goes back to normal fps. as I said new windows install with all latest updates installed.

I'm pretty sure it's my PSU but I see nothing about PSU failure symptoms having gaming troubles, I have not bluescreened at all or crashed in any way, it's just that lag spike every 2 minutes

Try using a High Performance power option.
perform a clean startup - Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
If above fail, disable in BIOS - C1E, AMD Cool&Quiet (enable afterwards if don't work)
