Windows 7: To create a bootable media, you prefer CD or ISO file?

Win-7-Pro64bit 7-H-Prem-64bit

I kind of prefer cd's
One they don't take up disk space until loaded,
Two it's easier to boot to with newer motherboards bios which do not like flash drives very much without jumping through bio settings hoops.

iso's are great for using them in a virtual machine and of course you can burn them to other bootable media as stated.
