have slow performance when starting computer.

When starting computer which is a win 7, i7 with ssd drives it starts very slowly and speeds up after about 5 minutes to normal. Looking for a solution.
I have two operating systems with windows 7 and when I boot to either system it takes a long time to just boot.
Have checked the memory and tested the power supply. the 3.3 was only at 3.1volts,all other voltage was ok.
I really think it has to be a hardware problem. Sorry I should of put more information on to begin with .

    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
    Use Clean boot,
    https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/179159-troubleshoot-application-conflicts-performing-clean-startup.html
Click Start and type in the search box,
    msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
    Repeat the screen shots,
See the links above my signature on how to take and upload screen shots here,
    Cheers.
