    High Page Table Usage?

I have suddenly seen this pattern everytime my computer lags intensely. 7 hours is an estimate, though it's always near the point of 7 hours. Sometimes when i use youtube and play flash games so much it will lag in about 3-4 hours.
But my task manager doesn't look like that it's eating 2GB of ram so i checked RamMap.
When i checked RamMap (to the best i could because it's lagging so hard)
it says that "Page Table" and "Process Private" are the large consumers of memory

P.S 80% of Physical Memory Usage doesn't lag me sometimes, only around 91%+
    Task Manager

    RamMap

    Performance Tab in Task Manager

Sometimes i get random "Your Computer is low on memory" even though my pc doesn't feel sluggish at all (Fixed it by adding more virtual memory.)
Everytime i restart(after the lag), the enter password screen flickers shortly (maybe a second) and then it's all normal again, but when i restart it normally the screen doesn't flicker. (this doesn't happen anymore, weird)
After restarting, here is Ram Map

    plshelp

What are you page file settings in Virtual Memory? From the screen shots it looks like the system cannot allocate more than 2 GB.

Please note that i have changed the page table values after those screenshots were took, apparently the system did not have enough page file because i am out of disk space and has now increased disk space because i have deleted my unused files.

I'll try to get more screenshots once it happens again, because i keep restarting most of the time.

If I could make one suggestion, you may as well bring the initial page file size up to 2000 to eliminate page file fragmentation. What I do(once I am sure my system will boot without a page file) is turn the page file off, delete it, defrag the disk, then set the initial and max to the same number.

The page file never gets fragmented and therefore you never have to run a tool like pagedefrag.

I have done what you said now.
I have newer screenshots of the lag

I seem to lag at times that i have a lot of youtube tabs open, and when i am playing a youtube video.

Ram map shows zero free memory and very little on standby. How much free disk space do you have?

The only thing that sticks out I can see is at least 7 instances of Opera browser running. There may be more when scrolled. For a system with resources that tight you may be better off to run a single instance browser. For example Opera 12.14 64 bit.

Seems like you are shoe horning too much into a small disk. If you can add a HD you may want to put in a data drive and put the pagefile on it. 1 TB WD Black drives are pretty cheap these days.

I'm planning to buy a 1 TB Hard Drive sooner or later, because i literally have very little to no more space on my hard drive. This is why i have more page file allocated to D:. i'm even ashamed to post it here

Sometimes i have dozens of tabs open without my pc lagging, then suddenly after a while (an hour or so) browsing youtube, it lags. then even on a single tab open, the lag is unbearable i can't even do barely anything
And it extremely lags when i use Windows Explorer. Or any type of interaction with Windows Explorer.
If i get a 1TB drive i suppose i'll place the page file there, or leave it here on my 250GB drive and move my files to the 1TB drive.

I have found life much easier on Windows if I run with more than 60% free space on C:. I defrag with Auslogics Free Defrag in less than 10 minutes since I run it 4 or 5 times a week. Windows uses message queues and if the system starts to get sluggish the queues get longer with messages waiting to be processed. When there is a problem information tends to get lost because it never got out of the queue.
