Readyboost 32 and 64 bit versions
Will Windows 7 64-bit make more use of Readyboost flash drives, as 64-bit is better enabled to make more use of Ram? Or is it the same between 32- and 64-bit versions?

ReadyBoost is not RAM. It's somewhat analogous to having a pagefile on an SSD.
Hence, the "bitness" of the OS won't have any direct correlation on the effectiveness of ReadyBoost supplementation, and I wouldn't recommend going to 64-bit purely for that reason, unless somebody's doing it to experiment in which case good on them :)
With RAM prices as low as they are currently, throwing another couple o' gigs in there will improve performance much more than readyboost.

No, I already have 64-bit installed. I was just wondering if Readyboost made better use of it in a 64 bit environment, or if it was about the same as 32-bit.
Does Readyboost really make that much of a difference? It's hard to tell for me, as I have a machine running 64-bit Pro with 3 gigs of ram already existent in the PC.

It can make a difference to machines under heavy memory pressure, either because of low amounts of RAM, lots of large processes running concurrently (a high "commit charge"), or both.
In most cases you won't notice the slightest difference on a machine with 3GB used as a typical home computer. If it only had 512MB or a gig...
