Win 7 Home Premium and AUTOPLAY on USB drives will not STOP "Starting"

In the last couple of days, my Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium has gone APE in starting the AUTOPLAY on all my USB drives, over and over and over, about every, 5-10 sec and it never STOPS.

The web says this maybe a virus re-starting a malware program.

The web and Windoes Fourm says to turn off autoplay/autorun for exterinal drives you need to do so in the LOCAL GROUP POLICY OR mmc or "gpedit" tool BUT, HOME PREMIUM DOES NOT HAVE ONE, I cant find one, and Microsoft says it does not have one either..

In the last 45 secs, my 3 USB drives has repeated the AUTOPLAY twice already. When one stops, it starts another for each drive.

None of the drives have a AUTORUN.INF file or folder

Malwarebyte does not find malware or a virus on my system but I can not find how to turn this damn thing off.
I have already looke on the disc for an AUTO
ANY ONE know how to turn this AUTOPLAY off?

Jagman mate try this Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 you need to make a bootable disk then set the BIOS to optical drive 1st boot device boot or USB (probably not a good idea here) and let the program run.

It scans for malware everywhere and without Windows having to boot up.

Try a clean startup - Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

Also try disabling Explorer hooks - get CCleaner - Tools - Startup - Context Menu: Save to text file (or screenshot) to know which ones are enabled/disabled. Then disable them.

How do I stop W7 "calling home" and displaying "not genuine" messages?
MS thinks that one of my PCs is running W7 that's not genuine. It is genuine - at least I bought it from Amazon and paid 141 for it so that - to me - means it's genuine. It may not be but neither Amazon nor MS will take any responsibility for it not being genuine so I've given up with them both. I...

BSOD after "Starting Windows" screen, receive STOP: 0x
I didn't think the list of errors I got would fit the title. I also figure that posting a log isn't possible because I can't properly boot into windows. Anyways, a bit of backstory. For the past few days my PC has been behaving oddly. It would take much longer than usual to begin booting, usually...
