svchost.exe takes all cpu power from time to time

hi, i noticed this's happening regularly recently, especially after boot. it generally last for 1-2min. after opening process explorer, i can see it's related to "netsvcs". since it's happening on my computers suddenly, and since i ddin't install any suspicious thing, i wonder if it's not due to windows update..?

If not, install it and see if it helps.

It is the latest version of the Windows Update app. Windows Update is run by a svchost process.

I had the same problem. For me it was a problem with windows updates check reading datastore.edb

svchost.exe takes all cpu power from time to time-datastore-edb.jpg

Then note RAM usage by datastore.edb during an update check after fixing:

svchost.exe takes all cpu power from time to time-datastore-edb-2.jpg

    The fix is not easy.
