Solved CBS logs folder taking up 50GB of space

I was stunned to find out I ran out of space on my hard drive and I decided to look for what I can delete and came across the CBS logs folder under the windows folder. This folder is already taking up 50GB of space and the file is growing as I am typing this. The longer the PC is on the bigger the file gets. I already only have 450MB of space left. I ran the sfc /scannow test and no errors were found. So why is the CBS log folder growing and growing? What can I do to stop this? This is on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

Delete it then open it after it gets recreated and see what is being written to it. That should help identify the cause.

As the log kept growing since my last post, it is being filled with WindowsUpdateAgent. It starts with a Readout then a Session then a Failed error then a warning: unrecognized packagaeExtended attribute.
