    PC Lagging


    Not sure what is wrong with my win7 pc but it's lagging really bad HDD light stays on recently I have done sfc/ scannow but it comes up clean?

    I would run a HD diagnostic from the manufacturer's web site. HD lite on constantly may indicate retries. It could be a warning the drive may fail soon. Try to save your data even before running the diagnostic would be my advice.

ahh... just bought the game, patched it ( thru steam ) and it still lags... when im on foot i achieve up to 15fps and in car up to 12fps.... i notice that it doesn't drop or go up.... the only places that it doesn't lag in are at home and at the beach ( i get more than 40fps there ) i also tried...
