Temporary Windows installation files etc- safe to delete?

Disk cleanup shows nearly 6GB of temporary Windows installation files, files discarded by Windows upgrade and Windows upgrade logs. Are all of these safe to delete?

PS - I recently upgraded from vista.

Yes, no problem deleting them. I regularly delete them using Disk Cleanup and never encountered an issue.
