    Windows Experience Index Crash

    Hello everyone.

I had to take my laptop for a preinstallation because every time I've turned it on it would freeze and the only option I had to use my laptop was in safe mode. So I took it to a computer center for a reinstallation. When I got it back I saw that my Windows Experience Index wasn't rated so I tried to rate but it didn't work. It crashed right on Dirext3D 10 Batch Assessment. I don't know if it's from the video card drivers or something else. My laptop is HP ProBook 450 GO with 8 GB RAM, Intel Core i5-4210U (1.70 - 2.70 GHz, 3 MB cache) and AMD Radeon R5 M255 - 2 GB DDR3 video card. So I'll be thankful to anyone who provides me with some sort of solution or at least give me some advice on what to do. I don't want to take it back to the center yet.

It might be a driver issue. Maybe the computer repair centre didn't load the drivers, or loaded the wrong one.

In any case, I would visit the HP support page for your laptop and get the drivers and install them again. The page is here:

Make sure that you select the correct OS. I would probably reinstall all of the drivers, simply because you have no idea what the computer centre installed for you. This way you know what is in your machine.

Thank you so much for answering me! It was the drivers, now everything is okay.
