I have to mention that I have several tabs opened in Firefox and I'm watching a stream on twitch.
And lags are occurring right now?Is whole system lagging?
That's really odd memory usage for Firefox several loaded tabs.
Several meaning like 15. Well it lags but not constantly, and when it does, it's just for a fraction of a second.

Hm.I've just opened 15 Twitch stream tabs and my memory usage is still a bit less than a half of yours.
Occasional stutters may be caused by High cpu usage spike.
Lagging when exiting videos and lags while watching them could by caused by the flash player.I would try to update/downgrade it.
Also lagging when not surfing the web might be some background process like Windows update while it's performing a task ,downloading/install an update.

Well I have the latest Adobe Flash Player.

What may cause that high memory consumption?

Try to downgrade to earlier version of Flash player.
That high memory consumption is caused by the tabs/content on them,plug-ins.Maybe you've installed some unwanted malware plug-in by mistake, like search or something.

Windows 7 that is not installed properly, updated properly and activated properly can cause all kinds of problems.
Those three things are the first steps to happy computing.
