windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix

been having trouble with my system; very sluggish. I ran sfc /scannow and the output was "windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them"

    Code:
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of th
    em.
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example
    C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
I am not sure where to go from here. I don't know if this should be in the BSOD board or the system security board. feel free to move it if needed. I included the CBS.log file

standard procedure for sfc/scans are to run 3 scans, reboot after each one, the theory is that each scan may fix something needed to fix for the next scan and so on.

Rebooting between scans has a reason.
Some repairs are done when booting. Some things can't be repaired when they are in use. That is why rebooting between scans is needed.

Should also run SURT then sfc several times.
