Random freeze (Event 41 - Kernel Power)

    Hello,

I used to have this problem some time before... but I didnt bother, because I knew I was going to do a reinstall. But the problem persists even after reinstall !

So... randomly, maybe once a week, my laptop FREEZEs unexpectedly.
Idle or load... it happens anyway.

    What I did :
    - updated drivers
    - checked memory (via HP built in BIOS memory checker)
    - checked SMART - says everything is OK
    - antivirus check, MBAM and anti rootkit check

    - Event Viewer shows :

1 Critical - Event 41 - Source : Kernel Power (The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

There is more though - 19 Errors. Please see log file in attached ZIP.

    Many thanks !

PS > The laptop is HP Pavilion dv7 6110

    sfc /scannow
    check, so I did.

It fixed something. Do you thing it is connected with the problem somehow ?
