Win 7 Hibernates immidiately once after successful resume

Hi I have a win7 Ultimate machines that I Hibernate using Schedualer and script :

    c:\windows\system32\shutdown /h

in a batch file every night at 2 am.

Sometimes when I resume my computer in the morning, it resumes only to immediately hibernate again , only once ( ie if I resume again it will NOT immediately hibernate gain).

This behavior happens 50% times and happens even if I hibernate the computer using windows (start button>> Hibernate.)
HybernationSleep is set to off in advanced settings. Any ideas what is going wrong? Thank you all.

It could be something with your scheduled task that sometimes runs after you wake the PC.
In Task Scheduler Enable All Tasks History.
Then when it immediately hibernates again, wake the PC and look at the History tab for your Task.
You should be able to see if was your task that ran and re-hibernated the PC.

In your task make sure Run task as soon as possible after a scheduled start is missed is NOT checked.
