Windows 7 startup endless loop after W7 update & system restore

    Hi,

    I have a Dell XPS 8500, OEM Windows 7 64-bit installed, nvidia geforce GT640.
I did a Windows update last week but i stop halfway due to thunderstorm, i did a system restore and then continue Windows update the next day.

now my PC restart automatically after a few hours, so I did another system restore but this time the system restore was not successful, and now my PC is stuck in endless restarting cycle.

Can someone assist me? thank you in advance!

Try other Advanced Boot Menu options, such as Last Known Good configuration or Safe Mode.

    Hi,
    That's messed up
I would suggest using one of these recovery processes to at least get your personal files,
Emergency Kit - save your files from a dead OS

Lucid Puppy way to recover files from a non-bootable computer

After that I would do a clean all or clean and clean install windows
Disk - Clean and Clean All with Diskpart Command

    Clean Install Windows 7
