    Maintenance

    Hello,
Occasionally I do some cleanup to save disk space, I use "AVG PC TuneUp". Recently in some findings there were two large files (among others, just small), I would like to ask your opinion about deleting these files,
    one : C:\users\xxxx\appdata\local\temp\BITAAE3.tmp size 43 MB,
    another : C:\users\xxxx\appdata\local\temp\Rescue.iso size 136 MB.
\xxxx\ that's me, the only user of the PC.
Note: On another disk there is a Macrium full image file, which I believe these two are included in the image,
so after deleting them is a good occasion to re-image the 'C' disk.
    Thanks for answering.

Those files are very small. I would leave them alone. It is not quite clear what they are good for. Looks like some control files.

They are under your temp folder so no reason you can not delete them. Having said that I agree with WHS that they are small and not worth worrying about.

The temp folder is used by IE, FF and Chrome (I think() as the default download folder so a lot of junk accumulates there.

    Hi,
    I'd leave rescue.iso alone personally.
No telling what uses that one ?

I also would suggest not using avg cleanup/ tuneup or avg period.
    Use panda free.
