Not much files in C drive but it shows only few Gb storage left!!

    That looks OK. There are less than 2GB allocated right now.

    Right now? so is it ok to delete the log file and cbs file which occupied 103.6gb individually?

    Sure, get rid of those big files. You won't be looking at them anyhow.

    In WinDirStat you can click on the [+] icon next to the folder name.
    That will "expand" the folder so you can see what is in it.

    This way you could drill down to the Windows/Logs/CBS folder and see what files are in there.

    The best optimizer program is you right index finger. Don't rely on those wonder programs. They often do more damage than good.

    I'm glad you found what those programs were and removed them.

    I keep WinDirStat on a usb stick. As far as I know it always works and is a trusted program by many.

    It might help figuring out how you got all that junk.

    I have a simple approach with those huge files a la cbs.log - since they are too big to digest and most of it I do not understand anyhow, I might as well delete the file. No need to keep dead meat around.
