    Wolfgang is correct if they really are logs they can be removed.

    Here is a program that I know has worked for many and I trust.

    WinDirStat - Windows Directory Statistics

    thank you will download that.

    In WinDirStat you can delete files directly. Just right click on the colored block belonging to the file and you will see. Be aware that WinDirStat does not show restore points. For those you have to check with an elevated command prompt and this command

    vssadmin list shadows

    That will list all the restore points (shadows) you have - if any. If you want to delete them, this is the command:

    vssadmin delete shadows

    Thanks for the picture.
    It shows that Windows 7 is only seeing 13% free space on your "C" partition.
    You don't want any more on the "C" partition.

    Now we just need to know if your total of 206 GB logs is truly logs that can be removed.
    Then try to understand how those logs got on your "C" partition.

    Thank Wolfgang I learned something, which always makes me happy.
    I didn't know that WinDirStat didn't show restore points.

    @schwarzennegger

    When was the last time you rebooted or restarted your computer??

    I see 2 restore points. That should amount to less than 2GB. Check with this command:

    vssadmin list shadowstorage
