Another possible Hosts bypass found in dnsapi.dll

Doesn't seem like the people originally indluded this when they found about these strings that bypass the hosts file.

there's another "microsoft" string but it seems like the url is separated in the code unlike the others. But I don't know if it does make a real difference.

I was trying to search but as far as DNSAPI goes nothing came up, but there is some other hits on on google like like here Net DNS RR TKEY -
