"The Windows Experience Index for your system could not be computed."

"Could not measure system memory performance."

So I did something that made something happen again so I need help, again.
I had changed my CPU, motherboard, and RAM; the CPU needed a different socket (2011-3), and so with that new motherboard required different RAM (DDR4)
I'm pretty sure the sudden change in hardware is the cause of this, and a few other things that I'd like to think I had solved by myself.
I have a feeling this is an easy fix, what did I do wrong and what can I do to fix whatever this is?
    Thanks in advance.

With all the new hardware did you do a Clean Install of Windows 7?

... no, don't tell me i have to?
The reason I ask is because despite what you say i'm able to boot into the os perfectly fine.
With the inability to "rate" my system, I don't really see anything else (-so far anyway-) that really makes me go "oh god what have I done."

    *EDIT*
Before making this thread my windows activation was on a three-day duration for me to activate it? It was a little odd but it's activated now. I don't know what that was about either.

Well I have not idea what this means from your post.

What does (despite what you say) mean?
All I did was ask a question.

You will need to do a clean install to get your system drivers ect to match your new hardware.

Of course you can do as you please, it's your computer.

    Have a nice day.

What I mean by that is that everything seemed to be running okay even though I hadn't done a clean install of windows.
And since reading your first post I had gone through the process of reinstalling windows and still no luck.
I'm not too sure what's wrong, before and after reinstalling windows, I had installed the hardware drivers for that specific motherboard, and also various other programs that succeeded in detecting the new hardware too; programs like CPU-Z and the like.
The same message pops up even after I reinstalled my windows.

    Hi,
Exactly which brand... ram did you get can you post a direct link to it ?

Did you optimize default in the bios yet ?
    If not try it
I believe it's F5 inside the bios and F10 to save and exit.

haha what's wrong with the oc? it's my first time overclocking I'd like to think I did alright.

The ram may actually be the problem
    x99 sabertooth only supports 2400MHz
Set it to that and see what happens.

I have 2666MHz you might try that too I read it's a happy spot :/
