language bar icon missing

I installed windows 10. Yesterday I went back to windows 7 and the language bar icon is no longer on the taskbar.

On the thread it says: This happens when the CTFMON command is erased from the registry. If you are using a language other than English, be aware to KEEP this registry key.

CTFMON = "CTFMON:EXE"

And I'm using another language.

I thought it was solved. I went back to the language under language bar check all the boxes and it camed back, but when I start the pc it disappeared again.

Ok I done all that. Language bar is ok. When I log off and log back on again the bar doesn't show up on taskbar.
