sfc/scannow some files could not be fixed

    hi to all
i am posting here again as suggested by jumanji in hardware & devices.i posted there regarding my ext hdd and after his superb advice about my drive he suggested getting my laptop sorted first.that is why i ran sfc/scannow three times and checked the cbs.log.as mentioned origanally here i am no expert so i dont know what i am looking for when it comes to corrupted files,so,that is why i zipped up the results and posted them here.i am sorry but it is a large file and i hope you guys can sort it out for me as soon as.so here it is:
    Attachment 383430
i want to thank ALL you guys for the help and support you gave me to date it really helps a lot.

    kudos

    Hi Recycler,
You have 1 of MS botched updates, KB3126446, playing around, if its installed please uninstall it, otherwise hide it, change your Updates option to let me choose.
Also check for KB3022345, what is it installed around May 2015, uninstall it as well

    REBOOT twice.

Nothing much else showing in that report.
As a back-up run the SURT tool

    Lookin over your other posts
    You have an external HDD
Is W7 on your internal/external drive, and what is the boot order.
W7 must be on the primary boot option
