    That didn't work use the paper clip icon on the reply box on the top right.

    Hi,
    Okay yea it's eating up all of your ram/ memory but the cpu is only at 14% unfortunately you did not expand that section though
    Click on the Memory listing on the top left menu listings and post that screen shot please.

    Hi,
    Thanks it doesn't take much to soak up 3gb's of ram now days and that is all you have to spare
    svchost looked like it calmed down during that other screen shot too,
    You might think of using this to see what type of ram/ memory upgrades are available
    This scanner is good I used it on mine,

    The screen print in post #16 is not scrolled to the top of the list showing what's using the most RAM.
    The first program in the list is MsMpEng.exe, but there are other programs above that using more RAM that we can't see.

    In post #14 it was svchost.exe (netsvcs) using a lot of RAM, but that process is not displayed in post #16.
