    Hidden folder in Safe Mode

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum, I'm not sure if it belongs elsewhere.

I have a file on my computer I am trying to delete, but I am told it needs Administrator privilege. I tried changing it's Ownership, but then I am told I only have permission to view & nothing else.

I have tried this using the Standard account & Admin. account, but neither helps. So I am trying to delete the file in Safe Mode, but the file is in a Hidden folder (ProgramData). How do I navigate to this Hidden folder while in Safe Mode?

    controlPanel >>files/folders>>folder view >> Hide/show hidden folders,(apply>OK)
    works in normal mode too.

a tool named Unlocker can probably remove the file while in the normal user mode. See this post for warnings: Impossible to delete leftover folders

Thanks for the information, but I worded my post wrongly.

I didn't mean the Safe Mode when booting into Windows, I meant when 1st booting the comfuser & immediately going into the Safe Mode Command Prompt before Windows has a chance to load.

I was able to play around & successfully delete the file in question though :)
