Windows Explorer Crashes when opening Pictures, Downloads, Videos dirs

I've looked at other similar cases--disabling thumbnails does not fix the problem. System restore didn't work, nor did clean boot.

I've got a .dmp file but it's around 100mb in a zip file, so on google drive: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B7...01TdFM3dnIta0E

    Thanks for any help!

A serious problem. I'm wondering if a usb or dvd boot with portable Windows Repair (All in One) just might help. If WR is allowed to run, accept defaults, especially reAssociate & reRegister system files, add items #26 & 27. I was able to fix my Explorer.exe some time ago, however, it was an uphill process! You may have to usb or dvd boot something like Macrium Reflect and save your data folders and files -- before considering a complete Windows ReInstall down the road.

You need to upload an Explorer crash dump.
