Problem with CPU Usage going up to 100%

Hello everyone, English isn't my main language so bear with me..

I have a problem with CPU Usage, Randomly or when I open some programs the CPU gets consumed, IE: If I have 2 programs they're taking ~20 CPU, if I open 3rd CPU goes up to 100% and when I go to Task Manager and close one of the programs that is burning CPU Usage (Program 1: ~50% - Program 2: ~45% - Program 3: 0%), If I close program 1 then Program 2 Jumps to ~50% and program 3 goes to ~45% and so on till I close all programs on my computer, I've had this problem for almost 2 years now and I temporarily fix it everytime I open PC I just close all programs first and stay on 1 program only so CPU doesn't go high. if it does somehow then I have to close everything it's so annoying

    Welcome to the forums Imisscheese!

Have you ran any malware scans? I HIGHLY recommend that you do. Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware are two excellent free programs you could use. There are other more powerful ones if you find something these two can't find/handle. Please run your Anti-Virus and the malware detection program(s) of your choice and then check back in with us with the results.

I DO NOT AGREE with bjeoui about "specialist computers". We here at the forums are more than capable (and willing!) to help you solve this.

You could also run, from an elevated command mode
    sfc /scannow.

How much ram on your system? as your running W64 Ultimate it should NOT be less than 4GB.

Also, if you see something in the task manager like "System Idle Process", ignore it. It's job is to tell you how much CPU usage is currently not in use so higher the better.
