Experiencing a few problems.

I am experiencing a few problems.
  1. I'm trying to optimize performance to where it loads fast and doesn't hybernate as much.
  2. I'm trying to get it to where i can add spacers between the docked items.
Any idea how to accomplish these tasks?

Hi and welcome

You can stop programs from loading on start and you can turn hybernate off

Think we need more information on exactly what you want
