Cpu is running 100 cannot get it down.

    No I have not erased old history of installed updates. I tried six times for that one to update and it would not update. I did do a disk cleanup and defrag yesterday.

    So you changed your administrator password ?
    Not sure what you mean what happened to Document ? what happen to your Document ?

    You might consider using Option 3 here

    Okay well I did the instructions but the command prompt black cmd bod just says stopped and has not completed the action. what do I do now?

    Okay did part two it said it was successful but do not see it reset.

    Another issue is it takes forever to set up even with no running programs in the background and it freezes as it sets up. Not sure why. Crazy!
