    thats annoying,
    can you open device manager
    select printers, whats there??
    are there any problem devices showing or anything with ! or a small black down arrow on it .

    Moving to W10 with this error may or may not work.
    you can run the DISM command once updated, if the error is still there, or perform a clean install of w10

    It's not my pc, but no, the only thing that is connected is a fujitsu-6130 scanner and a regular samsung printer.
