96% Ram Usage no process proof

I have 32gigs of ram and simply watching netflix through google chrome. My indicator and task manager says I'm using almost all of my ram but when I view running processes it's all normal. The most ram being used up in a single service is SVCHost at 487,496K.

Sure I can probably reboot and it will be gone but it may come back.

Post a screenshot of Task Manager - Performance tab when the problem occurs. Very often such problems are not due to process memory usage.

Are you sure it`s not Standby memory ?

Posting the snip will give a clearer picture.

Since the reboot it hasn't happened again. I looked all over the system's statistics and usage, even tried a ram cleaner, nothing worked and nothing was using outrageous ram. Must have been a random gremlin. It was odd though, after the reboot my C drive ran a chkdsk on itself and my video drivers were corrupt. Had to clean them out and re-install. I was getting error messages stating the installer wasn't a valid windows 32 application and then 7-zip file errors. It's 64 bit windows 7 ultimate thought.... Eventually I was able to reinstall, nothing out of the ordinary since then.
