Windows 7 will not go to sleep per schedule
Despite setting up a sleep schedule using the recommended setting the unit does not go to sleep. I have to manually put it to sleep. Suggestions please. I am a novice.

Friend of mine had that issue years ago, turned out memory was not on ASUS QVL (qualified vendors list)
It worked for years. After upgrading to W10 it was necessary to recovery original setup. In fact, due to continuous issues I've had to recover 4 times. On one recovery sleep per schedule worked but not with this recovery. The memory is OEM. No Addison additional memory added nor reduced.
Suggestions please.
Do I understand correctly?
1 out of 4 recoveries worked fine?
What did you do different?
I did nothing differently. One recovery errored out while installing. One had a blue screen error while I was in explorer. The third was riddled with OS problems. The current one is running good with the exception of a few issues. The very first W7 was flawless then I upgraded to W10. Such a bad decision. My fault really.
Is it possible that you are facing a memory issue?
Can you run MemTest?
Are you referring to amount of RAM that is free? Of 10GB there is 9.78 useable.
