I have dell xps 14z- using windows 7. i face a problem when i work on a page and move the cursor the page scroll down or up along with the cursor and sometimes i lose the place where i work. i don't use mous please help to get rid of this problem.

Sounds like click lock on the touch pad to me
Some browsers also have auto scroll that can also be annoying to so if this "page" is in a browser let use know :)
Touch pad lock just go to mouse properties from the control panel and your touch pad will be listed and you can disable touch lock there most likely.
