Schedule a check disk Run chkdsk c: /f It will ask if you want to Schedule to next boot. Yes.
    Run sfc /scannow.
If it finds any problems, report here.

Edit.: If chkdsk c: /f doesn't find errors, you can do a repair install. Under Windows, launch setup of your Win 7 installation disk. It will reinstall windows and keep your files and other programs.
