    Cannot empty Recycle bin

I am running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit with a 111 GB SSD and 2 TB hard drive , 16gb of RAM.

After successfully moving a user profile from my SSD to my hard drive, and deleting the profile from the SSD I saw that hardly any space was freed on my SSD. I tried to empty the recycle bin but found on successive attempts that it keeps asking me if it is OK to delete these 25 items.

Any idea what is going on here? Why can't the recycle bin remove these files? The problem with the recycle bin may not have anything to do with the attempt to erase the user profile, but it seems likely.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello Michael, :)

It could be a corrupted Recycle Bin since it's not deleting the files when emptying it. You might see if using the method in the tutorial may be able to help.
