C drive filled up with 180gb of unknown junks

Hi guys i really need help
I've scanned with treesize and saw unknown file or files filled my drive with over 180gb
I didnt notice that cuz i download a lot of things however i tried to use ccleaner , adwcleaner, jrt , eset smart and super antispyware
But nothing worked i also looked if the reason was restore points or shadow copy but the restore points were set on 0% and there was none shadow copy
I deleted temp and alot of files but nothing worked yet

Can you give us the name[s] of the involved directory[s] containing those pesky files? What are a few of those files' names?
