30 second delay while loading startup apps at boot.

When booting my pc and it's in the process of loading the startup apps to the system tray, halfway through there's a 30 second pause before the last of the remaining apps load and the booting completes. The system stays responsive.

The only thing I've done to attempt to diagnose it is disabling all startup apps via msconfig, obviously though unsuccessfully. I realize I could do a clean install of Windows and install my software one by one to figure out which one is causing it, but I would really like to avoid this.

Are there any tools in Windows or third party software that I could use to figure it out? Any other recommendations?

    Any help is appreciated.

That guide helped. One of the services was causing it. Set it to manual now all is good.

    Thanks for the help.
