    Recycle Bin does not empty

When I run CCleaner it does not empty the recycle bin and leaves 2,195 KB -- 20 files somewhere in the System. I cannot figure out how to delete these files.

Ccleaner on Default setting does not delete (temp) files that are not 24 hours old.

Personally if Ccleaner doesn't want to remove those files I would leave them alone.
How do you know that the files are from the Recycle Bin?

As well as what Layback Bear has said concerning temp files, you can use Ccleaner to empty the Recycle Bin as follows:

Have a look in Ccleaner, then Options, then Settings & you will see settings for emptying the Recycle Bin, which can be ticked if desired.

While I use Ccleaner, I do not opt for it emptying the Recycle Bin.
