that looks a lot better,
Start-up repair will NOT correct, the other problems.
I believe this comp was set-up to pre-empt W7.
(ie it was sold as W7 ready).
Now as for your current issues, somebody has been playing around with it, before you and they have basically totally ***** it.
Your best, (and i think only), bet is a clean install
here is a link for, only valid for 24Hrs
W7 X64, home premium SP1, OEM version WITHOUT bloatware, and it should auto-activate

Then go to the homepage for that model and update drivers and Bios.
