Windows Disk Defrag- Defrag Larger than 64mb?

-Windows Disk Defrag doesn't defrag files larger than 64mb, and performance decreased over time (as well as my VelociRaptor HDD getting Very Noisy!)!
    - I do like that WDD makes several passes to defrag/consolidate (Manual only, as my buggy ESS AV didn't like auto-defrag!)!

I have tried several free/paid 3d party defrags, and didn't like them (Currently using Defraggler)!

Is there a way to make WDD defrag all size files...?

    I'll give this a try!?

BTW- No matter what defragmenter you use!- Make sure to Right click (On the CMD prompt too) , and Run as Admin!
