Group Policy is set on home computer, but never in any group?

Got an issue with Group Policy on a home computer system that's never left home and is now subject to Group Policy and is the only computer at home. Something caused this.

OS is Windows 7 Home Edition

This Group Policy locks the User account login so you can no longer log-in after clicking the User Login.

Luckily, I have access to another computer a Win 7 Ultimate Edition that can work with doing Group Policy. However, I don't know anything on how to get the Win7 Home Ed Group Policy to DISABLE AND BE GONE....

    Guys, Please Help!!!

This might have been caused by a Virus of some sort or other trickery. It is unknown how the Group Policy ever got started on the Win7 Home Ed. computer and therefore it is unknown how to fix it.

I can use my Win7 Ultimate on the same network and work with gpedit.msc if there is a way to log into the Win7 Home Ed. and change the settings for the Group Policy.

I can use another User Account in the Win7 Home Ed. not locked "yet" by Group Policy to get into the computer as an Administrator.

I tried logging in as Administrator User and Disabled the Group Policy in Services but this did not change the User account that is locked out due to a Group Policy notice.

Have you installed any new programs lately. Sometimes some of those so called Windows tweaking or system speed up programs, add things that are not wanted or needed.

As you can get into the computer as administrator you could try opening Control Panel, select Back up & Restore, then click on Recover System Settings or Your Computer, then click on Open System Restore & select a restore point before this problem started.
