After deleting temporary files, it's still shows 60.0 KB size

After selecting OK and and OK again when verifying permission. Once everything is done, (reboot) and check again.
If their is still a little that hasn't been removed, don't worry about it. Just leave it alone.
Windows seem to think it shouldn't be removed.
Remember right or wrong, Windows 7 tries to protect itself.

Many programs (antivirus, firewall and even Windows) create a temporary file as soon as you turn on the computer so you will always have some files on the folder. It's normal.
