clearing cache

i was digging around on pc came across a post that said there are 7 places that have a cache that may need to be cleaned has anybody heard of all 7 and do they even exist.

Most cache files are from the browser.
Use CCleaner to clean temp and cache files. CCleaner - Standard

Annoying voice after clearing cache
Hi, I can't find this as I dunno how to explain it for googling.... unless I get irrelevant answers! When I clear my browser (IE9) cache, cookies etc, whether via ccleaner or the delete browsing history general tab, I get an annoying voice telling me "how to clear cache, then cookies etc"...
