WEI freezes on assessing CPU performance

Hi, My CPU is Intel Core i5 3320M Dual-Core 4 threads
My Lap's Dell Latitude E6430s, Win 7 Pro SP1 64-bit.
WEI always freezes on assessing CPU performance rendering PC unusable/respond-able.
Force reboot is the only way.
Why's this happening?

Windows 7 HP 64

It can be that your CPU is overheating.
Use this application
Unzip on a folder and launch the exe file. You can make it load at win start (see options)
