CRAZY issue....Please help!! Ghost in PC

Hello. I hope this is in the right place. I just recently started having a very strange issue with my windows 7 PC. I am running W7 Ultimate 64-bit on my home computer. Lately sub-menus have been popping up by themselves. My internet browser has been shutting down automatically. Sometimes I can't even type anything once the browser is opened before it shuts down. I was using the cmd line thinking I may have been hacked and was looking up my default gateway using ipconfig and all of a sudden I could not type anything into the cmd line. A bunch of number, characters and symbols would insert themselves on the line I was trying to type on.

*I have completely uninstalled my browser (Firefox), switched to Chrome....same issue.
*I ran ipconfig/flushdns...ipconfig/release...and ipconfig/renew......I was showing an error after the release. Sorry, out of frustration I do not remember the exact error right now. I will have to check again tonight. Initially I was not showing a default gateway address, it was blank. After uninstallling vmware and browser I had a default gateway address.
*I ran CCleaner.
*I ran a deep scan using Bitdefender Free Antivirus

I am starting to think I might have a problem with the mouse and/or keyboard. I am using the Roccat Isku and Kone. I think this only because the keyboard and mouse and highly programmable. Could be malfunctioning????? Possibly???

I do not have much installed on my system. Video editing, Photoshop, Call of Duty Modern warfare 2, using RocketDocket. I have AMD FX-8320, ASUS M5A99X R2.0, EVGA 1000W PSU.....system was and has been running perfectly until about three days ago when these issues started happening.

Does anyone have any ideas where I may go next?

Do a virus scan on all drives.
Install and run SUPERAntiSpyware - Downloading File

Try another keyboard on another USB port

I am definitely leaning in that direction. I have a brand new Logitech G710 I have been procrastinating to install. Sounds like a good time!

**UPDATE**
I tried a new keyboard and mouse and it seems to have fixed the problem. I went ahead and took the computer down and installed two Radeon RX480+ Black Edition video cards and hot swap drive as well. While the original problem went away I now have an issue where the computer will not connect to home network after a reboot or initial start up.

The LAN driver was up to date so I ran ipconfig/release and /renew and that did nothing. I finally decided to uninstall the LAN driver and once I found the orginal disk for my mobo I reinstalled. The computer connected fine. I then rebooted and once again it would not connect to my network. Meanwhile, my wireless was working perfectly!

Next, instead of uninstalling the LAN driver I just disabled it and then immediately enabled it and the computer connected fine until the next reboot. It is like Groundhog Day! Reboot no connect, disable and enable.... it connects.

It seems like a Windows problem and not a hardware problem but I could be wrong about that. Does anyone have any thoughts? Does this sound like a windows problem to anyone else?
