    Low Hard Drive disc space

Something used up the space on hard drive of Windows 7 pro.
    1. I did disc cleanup and checked the disc space.
      Computer> OS(C)>properties
It shows used space=453GB, Free space=10.6MB

    1. I analyzed the files with WinDirStat.
      It shows: Windows 95.1% 434.6GB> Temp 86.2% 374.8GB > Files 100% 374.8GB > cab_10012_2 117.4MB Attribute=archive

There are a big list of cab files. The numbers and the created dates are all different, but the file size is always 117.4MB and attribute is archive. The most recent one is 06/08/2017 cab_2968_2. The oldest one is 05/03/2017 cab_1252_2.

    Questions:

    1. What are these cab files for?
    2. Is it safe to delete them?

I appreciate your help in advance.

Welcome to the forum. Something must be doing a backup of some sort of you have WinZip or winrar open a cab file see what's inside it may give an idea what's doing it. Check misconfiguration and task scheduler see if you can see what's doing it

Temp folders are folders that has temporary files. The problem is that it can have thousands of useless files.
    You have two temp folders.
    C:\Windows\Temp
    C:\Users"name"\AppData\Local\Temp

You can delete all files on it. Some of them may be in use and you can't delete them. Skip them.
