W7 home premium 32bit/W7HP 64bit/w10 tp insider ring

Hi Pete,

the only task without an exe

ASC10_SkipUac_Pete Rawlings -> No File <==== ATTENTION

now that belonged to ASC10, an Iobit product, NOT the Uninstaller prog.

it should be in Task manager..local items - highlight it then select delete in the right hand panel.

Farbar is a malware removal tool.
had a quick look at the other parts of the reports there are a number oddities, you might want to post those reports in the BleepingComputers - Am i infected sub forum, as a back-up.

Hi Roy had a peek in I guess you meant Task Scheduler (Local). Cant find any entry for ASC10 . Also had a look in the registry and only found reference to this is the Task Cache. Removed Register entries and doesnt seem to be detected any more. Will submit logs just created to bleeping computer THANKS again

It is so incredibly annoying. When it pops up (i.e. to remind me to backup my system), I can't clear the box. It stays on top of everything until a reboot. Even an end-task on explorer.exe won't get rid of it. It's happened now on two different PC's running x64 ultimate - so I assume this is...
