    Laptop so so slow

    Hi!
This is my second post about my laptop being so so slow.
It takes so long just for the laptop to start. There are no files except some software.
And it takes forever for it to open explorer.
Antivirus are also slow. Avast completed 1% in 3 hours. So that is no use.
HDD sentinel showed 90% health. The hard drive is 5 years old.
    Any help is apreciated.

90% health means something with the performance of the drive. Did Sentinel show bad sectors? It's probably that reason why your computer is slow because a block of the storage is corrupted and cannot be accessed anymore.

Please give us all the Laptop hardware specs.

I would say that you have a failing HDD. (showed 90% health)
Boot from Win 7 installation disk, go to repair and open a CMD window.
    Type:
    chkdsk C: /f
IF it doesn't find bad blocks or bad clusters
    Type:
    sfc /scannow
