low disc space bug. disapearing gb

hi,
i think i have a bug in my pc. the c local disc if filling up by air. it shows that it is full but even WinDirStat cant find those gb.
i attached a print screen that shows my completely full 223 gb c, and the windirstat that finds only 100gb.

can you run, from an elevated command mode
sfc /scannow
and
chkdsk /r

couldnt run it because i am not an administrator (look if the picture attached).
how do i run it as administrator?

Start - Accessories - right click on Command Prompt - run as administrator

so i tried to run these commands and i got what you can in the photo attached.
i restarted the computer and the chksdk ran and then the desktop showed up. didnt see any report for the scan.

the other photo is of the task manager. as you can see, the alarm clock, wich i dont know where it is, how to open or how to use is building up memory as the computer is on. after restart, it took 40 mb.

Task Bar Disapearing
If I leave the laptop unattended for any period the taskbar is disapearing. The only thing left showing is the windows start icon. The taskbar is locked to the bottom and auto hide is not selected. The only way I can find to get it back is a restart. Any ideas please:confused:
